How can we define good insights?We can’t judge whether an insight is right or wrong (cause it’s a piece of information), but we always expect it to be good enough to be actionable and relevant. From my experience and perspective when working with colleagues, a good insight has some signals: it illustrates some things new ✨ and touches on the root cause of the problem.
When observing to collect the raw customer data, we should keep an open-ended approach, avoid bias, and do anything that can impact “real” data from the customer’s view. Good observations lead to good insights.

Change habit from nothingToday, I know that the way to change habits is to do nothing about it . You only need to write something in your diary and reflect on it yourself. Do things have to change? What do you want to get better at? Are there any trade-offs? What is the reward?
Start with small, and wait until the “Snowball effect” comes.

Vô viWe do less to listen and observe, understand more, then find the root of the problem. Immersing ourselves in that stream of thought, we see all the rules of nature/the universe. Don’t waste time creating useless things; stay focused on the root.
