Solutions

Inspired by Spotify Wrapped, Techcombank wants to create “a song of the financial year” for their customers as a commitment to their services’ experience using a banking app as simple as playing a song.

Process

  • Data analysis: We “cook” with what is on our hands. Classify customers into different groups based on the behavior vectors.
  • Ideate the story line: Create the beat rhythm and surprise customers at the end of the story.
  • Visuallize the stories: Create the impressed illustration and animation, play the song like a TikTok clip.
  • Hand-off design x data: We cried a lot and smiled too loud when we finished.
